MD is a great lead teacher. She is always so supportive to the kids and it’s obvious they love her! She is wonderful to work with and such an inspiration. She has made me really feel like a part of her classroom and I am forever thankful!

Shoutout to Goodwin, she is so organized and passionate and rocking it as a first-year teacher. She has dealt with so much behavior-wise from students and is doing an amazing job!

Ashley and T! They are the hardest workers and also they provide so much love, happiness, and support to the students and their families. There are people that look forward to seeing them at the sped loop every day and it's amazing to watch their impact.

Mrs. Ferebee- for being wonderful when subbing for my class.

Mrs. Webb, she is always willing to help in the clinic calling non-English speaking parents and assisting non-English speaking students to convey their needs to the Nurse. She is always smiling and never makes you feel like you are a bother!! Thank you, Mrs. Webb!!

I am grateful for Mr. A and missed him terribly when he was out. He goes above and beyond for staff and students every day! WE LOVE YOU, MR. A!

C. Morrison thank you for being such a great mentor to lean on when needing guidance with your students and how to further progress their learning!

I am grateful for the entire ECSE team. From lesson plans to Special Education paperwork to planning time, to being short staff, to parents, to students with behaviors, and more, we always work everything out as a team. And everyone, including the TAs, are always willing to lend a helping hand.

Iris Edge is always efficient, pleasant, friendly and supportive...and my kids love her...she is the best assistant!

Mrs. Roper goes above and beyond for all of her many students, is always accessible for questions, and is extremely knowledgeable about teaching practices. She is an absolute gem of a teacher and an exceptional human!

Sarah Phillips - I finally have a working swipe badge to get into the back doors. Kudos.

Susan and Trish! They are always going above and beyond for their students and other staff members! They are always on time and show up for duty! We are beyond grateful to have them on our team 🙂

Grateful for the Preschool SPED Teachers supporting each other when we all have many elgiabilities to attend and then write Initial IEP's.

MaryStuart Mellot for her willingness to step up and help in any way that she can. This includes her coaching teachers, assessing students in VALLSS and VKRP, helping with New Teacher Academy, being the CSC secretary, and being willing to eagerly help anyone who needs assistance.

Victoria Beasley goes above and beyond for her students. Her math lessons and centers are student-engaging, allowing students to practice the current SOLs being taught as well as reviewing the SOLs previously taught during the year. She differentiates their math centers too. She puts her students first and only wants the best for all of them. I am grateful to have her as a teacher here at BMW.

I would like to shout out Ms. Cross. She was a lifesaver when I was out. She helped out tremendously with VALLSS and provided more support than I could ask for.
