As a child I attended Abe and was very happy to have my children attend the same school. Each of my children have had positive experiences attending Abe. I think Abe feels like family. The staff takes the time to get to know each student and family.

Sense of community, teaching staff and support staff, communication
I feel like communication at and notice of events at Abe is exceptional. I love how all of the teachers have utilized Class Dojo and share what their classrooms are doing at every level that our daughter has been in. We love seeing the pictures and the stories. And she has loved every one of her teachers.

The staff, class sizes, focus on individual learning and collective/class success. Overall just an incredible environment.
Shout out to Lynda B for helping out a 4th grader who wanted to eat with Mr. Tim, but Tim's lunch is WAY past our lunch. She put food aside for the 4th grader so he could enjoy a hot lunch and still get his dojo reward of eating with Mr. Tim! Thank you for accommodating us!
Very strong sense of school family. Everyone is welcome and included.
We have great teachers and staff. They make sure all students are prepared and keep families involved with everyday happenings.
They are a small school and you can feel that they care about the students
I think you guys really make an effort to really include and find what works best for each student and as a parent I really appreciate it

They love school and the environment, they enjoy school and coming everyday
My kids are excited about the content they are learning. I'm thrilled that the content is consistent with our family's values in sharing our history, even when our history isn't pleasant ( Trial of Tears, civil rights, impacts on marginalized groups).
Abe always has great family nights and dances! My kiddos always talk about field trips or when past students come to visit the school, like the seniors coming to play for the day before graduation. They also love helping the younger students that are in 4k when they do their buddy days.
My children all are made to feel like they matter. Schol events are always fun bit things like the 1st grade book they make and the annual field trips are always a hit.
They are excited about learning and going to school everyday.
Loves the club they are in and the positive action and leadership role it has provided. Big confidence boost! blue ribbon breakfast was memorable! SMART night was great! Always enjoy the end of year carnival! Open house is always a highlight as they enjoy showing us everything they are learning and doing.
The fun activities the school does as a hole are his favorite things

Maddie and Dustin connect with a group of students daily. The students look forward to connecting with them at the end of the day. Thank you for dedicating time with each of these students to help them be successful!

He watches the teacher closely to make sure he is using the same language when providing feedback. He comes to school every day with a smile on his face. The students absolutely love him. Such a gre
We are so lucky to have the best working in 4K with us, Donna and Angie! They go above and beyond to support all of our students, not just those with special needs. I couldn't do this job without them!
